Should the issues in Google Code be migrated to https://github.com/PetteriAimonen/libfixmath/issues? If I can create issues I would offer to do it.

Not sure if the old issues are of much value anymore, though Google Code
does have the automatic migration tool.
I'm not much interested in maintaining libfixmath, but made that mirror
for my own use and to keep the library available after Google Code's
closure also.
It could make sense to make an official migration to github, under an
organization profile. I can do that, if flatmush agrees.
