It has to be said in person. Anyone planning on attending the
sentencing of Chad &Co ?

The atty. gen. of OH mailed a victim statement form to me.  Doesn't this matter to the court?
I'm not clear about this part of the process.

Yes,It does matter.It helps the judge determine the degree of the Sentence.

does anyone know the date for the sentencing hearing? I can't get
through to the victims rep at the USDOJ.

I checked the Victim Notification System and the trial date for Aug 6th was canceled; there is no upcoming events scheduled yet...
