Hi,
Just wanted to remind you that this upcoming Sunday is your k-group's turn for coffee set-up and tear-down at church. Below is info that you should forward to your group. It contains info on how to set up (copied and pasted, as well as in a file) and a file with the schedule up until Labor Day Weekend. Instructions are also taped to the hospitality bins at church.
1. 2 people need to volunteer to arrive at 8:15 am to set-up tables/make coffee and tear down after church. One person needs to bring a dish for breakfast at 8:45 for 12 nursery worker
2. We are asking the you text message a reminder to your volunteers Saturday evening as there have been several instances where it slipped people's minds Sunday. Never hurts to double check.
3. Please make sure the welcome tables are included in the tear-down.
4. For the moms, childcare is now being provided starting at 8:15 am for those helping with setup.
5. Please remember to let Tom Saxon know if we are low on any supplies for hospitality.
Please let me know that you have volunteers.
Thank you for your service, Elizabeth Caldwell

_____Set-Up Welcome Tables (2 round tables)
- Cover with white fabric tablecloths in plastic bin.
- Hospitality Table (closer to front door), set out books, church directories, announcement fliers, k-group info etc.
- On table closer to worship area, arrange the worship guides (Tom brings them in a small container).

_____Set-up Refreshment Tables for Sunday School -
Set-Up crew typically sets up two long tables inside the hallway.
-
Cover tables with a disposable tablecloth.
-
Make coffee (start at 8:15 AM)
- Walk past our worship area (FAR left corner) and look to your left. You will find a teacher’s lounge with a really fast Bunn coffee maker. Depending on what Brenda has purchased, you will either use 1 large filter pack or 2 small filter packs per pot (just read the label to determine which).
- Make approximately 6 full pots of regular coffee and 1 pot of decaf. Fill the HUGE green dispenser with about 5 pots of coffee (it will not fill all the way up). Fill the small canister labeled “decaf” with 1 pot decaf. Fill 1 large pump canister with regular coffee for nursery workers.
- Fill 4 water pitchers (3 for Sunday School, 1 for Nursery). Get ice from cafeteria.
- Put out all coffee fixings & cups.
- Be sure we have a garbage can (with liner bag) located near the food table.
- If necessary, use Lysol wipes to clean off tables where people will sit.
- Set out Sunday School sign-in cards on tables (Roger usually has these).
_____Set-up Refreshment Table for Nursery Workers (12 people)
- Small pot of regular coffee
- Pitcher of water
- Cups
- Basket of coffee fixings (cream, sugar, stirrer, mints)
- Napkins
- Utensils (if needed for provided breakfast)
____Clean Up After Church -
Rinse out all coffee pots.
- Put all creamers, suger, etc. in Ziplocs.
- Dispose of all trash.
- Wipe down tables if necessary.
- Pack everything neatly back into plastics bins.
_____Inventory
- Write date and record any items that are running low on index cards provided and give to Tom Saxon.
