Prayer Requests - 1/22/12

Hello everyone.  Sorry I didn’t get these out earlier, and forgive me if it’s not totally accurate.  If I missed something, please let everyone know.

 

 

Vickerys – One of Michael’s co-workers died suddenly and left behind his wife and two children.  His business partner’s daughter has a tumor in her hand.  She’s 10 years old.  Pray for these two families.

 

Hennings – Praise for Anna Henning’s recovery.  Pray that she will continue to get better.

 

Stephens – Praise for Luke making big strides after receiving positive feedback from teachers and the fact that he was asked to spend the night at a friend’s house.

 

Turners – Pray that we would trust in God’s timing while our house is on the market.  Pray that God would show Kelly’s step grandmother mercy as she is with hospice and not supposed to live much longer.  Pray for her grandfather as well as he will have to adjust to life on his own.  Pray for Kelly to have safe travels as she will be travelling to Las Vegas Sunday through Friday of next week.

 

Roger – Praise that he had an enjoyable visit with his sister, Rhonda, and that their relationship would continue to imrove.

 

James and Anna Dickson – Pray that God would continue to build Christ Church in Trussville.

 

Pray for our K-Group to reach out to those in our community

Hi everyone, This coming Sunday K-group, we are going to have tacos! Kelly has offered to do taco meat, so we are going to need fixing; Taco shells, Tortillas, Lettuce (shredded), Tomato (diced), Onion (not much, diced), Shredded cheese, Sour cream, Salsa and Dessert I am going to bring mexican rice and refried bean. And we are good on drinks. Please let me know what you can bring!  Minako
