Police attitude - public punishment to thieves, rapist

Police is there to protect us from criminals or any happening, but to
say who will protect us from the police itself - A great question?

Every policeman have a horrible attitude. I have never heard polite
words from police personal. Should I blame us or persons who think
they can do anything because they have money or power or know any
person having money or power. So to deal with these persons police
have to be rough.

Police always "ek middleman to tang karti hai". Unka jor babus logoon
par hi chalta hai. Jab dekho khade ho jate hain challan katne. Bhai
unko kon samzhaye, that there are many other more prior work to do.

Kisi bhi criminal (at least thieves, rapist) ko saza public mein deni
chahiye, taki koi aisa dobara karne jurrat na kar sake.
