1) Answer to all, JUDICIARY SYSTEM! One day decision to all cases, no
second hearing.
2) Since we have passed the difference between humane and in-humane,
so why should have these human rights activist working for all those
who are in-humane.

If I were to driver the Government I will take two steps on High
Priority

1. Centralized Body for Schools.
There will be no private schools. All will be governed by center and
run by States.

2. Centralized Body for Police.
There will be no State owned Police forces. All will be governed by
center and run by States.

We need to have Eye watch on both. These two steps will more or less
solve much of the problems.
