A very funny situation Rajnish...
Even i faced somewhat funny situation recently with Airtel Broadband. I raised a request to disconnect my Airtel Broadband connection in Noida as i was getting moved to Bangalore. May 23 i raised the request and they said within 1 day the connection will be disconnected and some Airtel guy will collect the insruments.
But the connection is still not disconncted, Instruments are still with my Landlords in Noida and they keep on sending me the e-bills to my mail address telling the bills for the current month :-) even after that i've called them 3 times telling the same thing and will you believe what Airltel guys do.. They try call me at the landline number for which i raised a request to disconnect and they say no-one picks up the phone... I said them yusterday "ARE YOU DUMB" when i say i've left the city how can i attend you calls at that same number.......
Uffffff...... GOD save Airtel...

but the very next day at 10 AM I receive a call that I am waiting
outside your house. I always say that I am in office and visit after 6
PM, but that 6 PM never come.
This was the practice every time I raise complaint .
I complaint this about the customer care executive and he assure me
that next time this will not happen. But to my supprize.. I receive
trhe call again at 10 AM next day ..
