Your experiences with Customer Care Executive

All of us might have some experiences with Customer care executive.
These can be good / bad / fun etc. Lets have fun by sharing our
experiences.

I have many such experience, but I would like to discuss the latest
one with Reliance Broadband.

When ever I try to file a complaint. I say them that visit my house
after 6 PM.
but the very next day at 10 AM I receive a call that I am waiting
outside your house. I always say that I am in office and visit after 6
PM, but that 6 PM never come.

This was the practice every time I raise complaint .

I complaint this about the customer care executive and he assure me
that next time this will not happen. But to my supprize.. I receive
trhe call again at 10 AM next day ..

WHAT to do of RELIANCE :(

A very funny situation Rajnish...

Even i faced somewhat funny situation recently with Airtel Broadband. I raised a request to disconnect my Airtel Broadband connection in Noida as i was getting moved to Bangalore. May 23 i raised the request and they said within 1 day the connection will be disconnected and some Airtel guy will collect the insruments.

But the connection is still not disconncted, Instruments are still with my Landlords in Noida and they keep on sending me the e-bills to my mail address telling the bills for the current month :-) even after that i've called them 3 times telling the same thing and will you believe what Airltel guys do.. They try call me at the landline number for which i raised a request to disconnect and they say no-one picks up the phone... I said them yusterday "ARE YOU DUMB" when i say i've left the city how can i attend you calls at that same number......

Uffffff...... GOD save Airtel...

Once ICICI customer care girl called me for Credit card..... below the conversation we had..

ICICI Girl: Hello sir my name is ..... and i'm calling from ICICI bank for some.... Credit card

ME: Hello can you please be a little louder I'm not able to hear you.

ICICI Girl: OK sir Thanks you very much Bye.



What was that.... i still laugh when i think of this...

Sharing my experince with HDFC Bank Customer Care.........
 
I opened one account from my previous company and gave the correspondence address same as the office had. In May 2008 company closed its operation and left the occupancy of the office. From HDFC I owns credit card as well along with Savings account, I use to get e-statement and paper statement for my credit card and savings account. After few months they stopped the e-statements, When I contacted the customer care of the bank they said 'Sir, your mails (postal) are bounced back from last 3 months with a reason office closed, hence we stopped sending you the statements' when I said that but your e-statements must not have bounced back even a single time then you should have keep me sending those. They said "Sir, please make a request to change your correspondence address to we people and after that you will be able to get the statements'. I said ok and please do me the favor. In return to that they said for credit card you have to call us again and then we will be able to take your request. Going forward I called them up again and asked to change my correpondence address. As the process requires they need to confirm my documented correspondence address from me. When I recitated my address many times they said this is not as per our records, but I said on this address my statement used to deliver and as per e-statement this is one only. After much debate I give up and asked what is the process now to confirm/change the address. They said "Sir, you need to mark an application to credit card department stating your previous address and the new address", I agian raised that then they even would say 'your address is not matching as per records', then the lady said "Sorry, sir in that case we wouldn't be able to help"
Finally I went to branch and filled up the form and get the things done.
 
and I know how much pain I took to get the address corrected.
MAY GOD SAVE ALL OF US FROM THIS CUSTOMER CARE EXPERIENCE................
