Rules of operation

As Mike can't, we will have to state what rules must be followed when
choosing the news each of us is going to post about.
My problem with this -Mike agrees- is that we don't want the same
bloggers to cover the same subject every time, but that someone who
normally blogs about an item, can blog about soemthing different, so
his/her audience can consider another problems in the world related to
HR abuses, civil liberties and the defense of democracy.
But to ensure that some kind of rotation must be chosen. So I want
every one of you, to post here whatever ideas you have in this
respect.
