LiberTEM-live 0.1 released!

Dear subscribers,

I am happy to announce the first release of LiberTEM-live! This initial
version allows live data processing with the Quantum Detectors Merlin
camera.

LiberTEM has been designed for live data processing since the beginning.
With this release we finally reach this milestone in practice. Any
LiberTEM user-defined function (UDF) should work on live data without
modification. As a particular example, we will release a UDF for live
SSB ptychography at https://github.com/Ptychography-4-0/ptychography/
very soon.

Future plans
------------

Currently we are working on support for the Gatan K2 IS camera. A
prototype with limited capabilities is working already. Full support
will involve a major redesign of some LiberTEM internals and bring other
improvements as well.

Furthermore we are working on integrating live processing with
real-world microscopy applications. Please let us know if this is of
interest for you!
