Dear subscribers,
I am happy to announce the release of LiberTEM version 0.15.0!
This is the first LiberTEM release licensed under the MIT license. Many
thanks to all creators for agreeing to this change! We hope that this
makes integrating LiberTEM into other software or systems easier.
Thanks to a joint bug hunt with Gatan, LiberTEM (and many other Python
packages) work again within the Python scripting environment of Gatan
Digital Micrograph / GMS since at least version 3.61 and newer. That
allowed us to update the GMS integration examples.
A warm welcome and many thanks to Sivert Dagenborg who started
contributing to LiberTEM with this release. Thanks go out to all other
contributors as well!
Notably, the holography code has been removed from LiberTEM. An updated
version can be found in the new LiberTEM-holo subproject
https://github.com/LiberTEM/LiberTEM-holo/ where development continues.
