Hey surfers,
It is with reluctance that I finally admit that I am not destined to
become a surfer in Liberia, and ought to part with the surfboard I
have been clinging to.
7'2 Patagonia "Fletch"
This board came to me via John Etherton in 2010 and I used it once -
on its maiden voyage into shipwrecks I was thrown onto rocks where the
fins were snapped off and a rock gouged the rear area. Repairs were
attempted by Nate, but it was determined that this board is of a
special odd nature ("Epoxy Technology"?) and the ding repair materials
on hand actually corroded the gouge area.
It has since sat in my room, a constant reminder of my aspirations to
learn to surf here that never came to fruition. It is high time that I
part with this board and pass it to someone who can use it.
I know it is a great board, but in need of serious and challenging
repair work. I would like to get some money out of it, as I know
surfboards are valuable and I did spend money on it, but I am not
asking much. I think $50 is a fair price.
If you are interested, let me know
cheers
Ben
