nicholai's definitely the only one looking at that wave thinking "yeah, i should surf that." no idea where that is, but i was told  by a friend you can surf in Port Harcourt, which would fit John's description (though its hardly the only port).

speaking of nic (...or hapke or etherton?) - i'll be surfing around the Tijuana area in the mornings of next week and the week of the Jan 28 - feb 4.  outside chance of side trip to san francisco, nicholai.
