Unable to locate package libswscale-ffmpeg-dev and libavutil-ffmpeg-dev

Im going to be making a few apps for this, im going to make an unity engine stream. but i was about to start, i went to install the libdrc and missing dependency. So readup on it and found this http://libdrc.org/docs/installation.html i followed it
and this is my terminal "

i allready done "sudo add-apt-repository ppa:samrog131/ppa" and "sudo apt-get update" may i of forgot something


Specs:
Ubuntu Desktop (AMD64)Bit Version.

Oh i forgot Ubuntu 12.04

Ok, i fixed it. All i done is just upgraded to Ubuntu 13.10, So if anyone is reading this and need help upgrade to ubuntu 13.10 also i couldent install libdrcx264 so i installed the new yasm http://yasm.tortall.net/Download.html that should fix it all, exept i have one more error "error: demos cannot be built because one of the dependencies (gl) could not be found" i dont know what gl is? is it open gl.

Hey sir, please read Linux Tutorials. All of your questions are very easy to solve if you read some basics. Ubuntu contains all needed Packages. (Not sure but apt-get install glu gnew ... etc... I don't use Ubuntu )

allright thanks. i am a windows c++ developer, then i saw this so i had to give it a try. well thanks anyway.
