wps_pin FAIL

I am attempting to connect acording to http://libdrc.org/docs/network.html but wps_pin is failing.

Command "wps_pin WiiU[mac address]_STA1 22345678", with the real mac.

Any help?

Try using the BSSID (I believe the colon delimited MAC addr should work...), not the SSID (see steps 8-9 at the URL you mentioned).
