libcpu migrated to github

Hi all,

I have migrated libcpu Subversion repository to Github:

https://github.com/libcpu/libcpu

If you had Subversion access and want libcpu git push rights, please send me
email. People who already have access, please make sure you have your git name
and email configured properly before pushing:

git config --global user.name "Pekka Enberg"
git config --global user.email pen...@kernel.org

Feel free to fork the repository for development branches instead of adding git
branches to the main repository.
