interface progress

Hello,

Just wanted to give everyone an update on the interface design. Tom
pushed some updates to his interfaces this weekend. I also took a
swing at implementing Slicehost using his work.

These are on my independent tree because the changes are still
mid-flight. Lots of work to do to convert the other

Would love everyone's feedback on the current progress. As the
interface solidifies, it will become the "standard" that libcloud
exposes.
