./configure failed with return code 1

I'm trying to run Libbi examples in mac os Sierra 10.12.6 but I get the error in the object. 

Can someone help me?

I wrote up my experiences here: https://idontgetoutmuch.wordpress.com/2016/05/01/fun-with-libbi-and-influenza/. It would be easier to help if you provided more information. One thing I needed to do was to use boost155 but I can't recall if that had to be available at configure time.

Hi Pierpaolo,

You'd make your life a lot easier if you used homebrew for installing libbi. See here:

https://brew.sh/

Once you've got homebrew, all you need to do is

brew tap homebrew/science
brew install libbi

I installed LibBi via homebrew.

I tryied to uninstall and reinstall libbi via homebrew again but I get the same error. 

Have you some advice to solve this problem? I think the problem started after a system update.

I'd suggest running "brew doctor" and fix any problems that get reported. Failing that, a fresh reinstall of homebrew would probably fix things.
