Hello all,

We're interested in funding someone to add support for unrar5 into libarchive (basically, to go after the issue https://github.com/libarchive/libarchive/issues/1028). Being new to this community, I'm not sure if there is someone available to do this type of thing, or if we should look elsewhere.
