libarchive Migration to Git

libarchive has been converted to git. All further development of libarchive
is now done via git from the repository hosted at GitHub. The repository can
be found at

The home page for libarchive has moved as well. The new home page is at

http://libarchive.github.com/

The new location for the wiki pages can be found at

https://github.com/libarchive/libarchive/wiki/_pages

All downloads can be found at

To report any issues with libarchive, the issue tracker at Google Code is
still used. The issue tracker is located at

http://code.google.com/p/libarchive/issues/list

Any code changes done for libarchive should be done in the form of a pull

All mailing lists will remain hosted from Google Groups.
