Greetings of the Day!!
We are happy to inform you that Six Sigma Black Belt programme is planned as per following schedule:-
Dates : 26th, 27th May 2018 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 10th June 2018 & 17th June (Exam) May 2018.
Venue : Loyola Institute of Business Administration
Timings : 9am – 6pm (All 6 days)
Duration : 6 Days Classroom Training
The course duration of the Black Belt program is 7 days. The first part of the training (4 days) covers Define, Measure, and Analyze phases. Participants are provided practice questions to use before they attend the second phase. The second part (3 days) covers improve and control phases.
Training methodology:
The Black Belt program combines lecture, case studies, and team exercises. The program starts with a pre-course quiz which serves as a refresher on Six Sigma Black Belt learning. The program runs with case studies being solved using Minitab. Each candidate works on data and exercises during the sessions. By the end of the program, candidates complete 2 Practice Projects and would be ready to initiate Black Belt projects at work place.
Examination:
Questions in the final exam include material that is covered in all phases of the training.

150 Questions (Multiple Choice - Online)
Duration – 4 hours
No Negative Marking
Open Book Format
Certificate:
Upon scoring 60% or more in the assessment exam, all participants shall be awarded with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from Loyola Institute of Business Administration.

Faculty:
Prof. Kidambi Srinivasan (Ex. General Manager, Brakes India). He has over thirty five years of industry experience and his specialism, includes practice of lean Six Sigma, SCM, Discrete Manufacturing and Business Process Re-engineering. He is himself a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a Visiting Faculty at LIBA.
