o R&R > monthly R&R implementation and analysis |
|
o Incentive scheme – conceptualization & process mapping, implementation. |
|
o Co-ordinate TBM implementation across operations |
|
o Co-ordination of Employee Award/ non-monetary programs |
|
o HR Score card – implementation |
|
o HRMIS & HR analytics |
|
o Implementation employee skill /competency development program |
|
o Designing and implementation of Policies and SOPs |
|
o Responsible for finalization of fortnightly MIS reports and follow up action |

o HR audit – co-ordinate action plan |

This candidate will enhance the eBusiness Transformation Strategy to develop short and long term work plans and support the development of the e-Business & Digital marketing foundational capabilities. Perform cross-functional team activities and outside agencies to deliver necessary solutions and marketing campaigns. |

Qualification : MBA HR & Marketing |
|
Experience : 5 - 8 years’ experience within the marketing/Digital Marketing / eBusiness field.5-6 years in PMS/ Incentive/OD vertical |
