This position is responsible for implementing of various initiatives under Performance Management vertical
Qualification : MSW / MHRM/MBA from reputed institute
Experience : -PMS/ Incentive/OD vertical/Change Management
Responsible for implementing Performance management system which includes;
o Goal setting
o Monthly review of KRAs
o Annual Performance review
o Leadership development Programme/s
o Conceptualization and implementation of IDP for select individuals
o Designing and implementation of Performance Improvement Plan for average rated employees
o Employee Promotion
o R&R > monthly R&R implementation and analysis
o Incentive scheme – conceptualization & process mapping, implementation.
o Co-ordinate TBM implementation across operations
o Co-ordination of Employee Award/ non-monetary programs
o HR Score card – implementation
o HRMIS & HR analytics
o Implementation employee skill /competency development program – TVSWAY
o Designing and implementation of Policies and SOPs
o HR Steerco – responsible for finalization of fortnightly HR steerco ppt and follow up action
o HR audit – co-ordinate action plan
o Co-ordinate activities related to SBM yearly meeting
