Lib3DS sample Code do Not Compile

Hello,
I downloaded Lib3ds version 2.0rc and trying to compile only code available at
http://www.donkerdump.nl/node/207

But i cannot find any files named mesh.h and file.h in source code... also when i am trying to compile that code with lib3ds.h and lib3ds_impl.h i m facing following errors

"error C2065: 'Lib3dsVector' : undeclared identifier"

and other identifier not found errors... are there vast differences between two versions should i move back toversion 1.3 to compile that code ??
