Games in Libraries Day

Just wanted to say what a brilliant day this was and thank you to
everyone who organised it and led it. I'm all fired up now to start a
games club at school!

I'm glad you enjoyed the course, don't forget to tell us how you get
on Witches Brew and whatever else you purchased.

A full write up will appear here eventually but I really
underestimated how much post-course work there is, wrapping everything
up and thanking everyone.

Personally I both really enjoyed myself and have been inspired to do
more gaming in my own libraries.

I'd like to second Bren's comments - thoroughly enjoyed the day and
have been inspired to do more with gaming, and on the back of Carl's
suggestion I'm going to finally use my set of gaming dice and work out
an RPG style game using Galactic Heroes to play with my nephews.

I definitely think the light-hearted and hands-on way the day was
organised made it more engaging than had it just been a normal
training day, and I don't think I was alone in heading home with a
head buzzing with ideas.

Thanks again Carl, well played. you get +10 event organising and you
also get to roll again.
