Hi all. We are planning to use the book 'The Hunger Games' by Suzanne
Collins as a community read this year (ie trying to get everyone in
the community to read the book over a two month period). And we
thought the plot of the book (cf 24 young people in a televised fight
to the death) would make a great game (board game/card game) that a
group in the community could design. Having had no experience of
designing games I wonder if anyone has any pointers/tips etc.

Any ideas thoughts welcome

Hi Will,

Would there actually be 24 young people playing simultaneously, or are
you looking to design a game for a smaller number (say 2-6 players)? I
have some ideas about potential games, but they're all contingent on
number of players!

Best,
Emily
