While I am trying to do hibernate configuration I put hibernate dtd in hibernate.cfg.xml file and it is showing an error that downloading from external resources is disabled. Can you please help me with this error?
Now there is a bigger error, which does not even have a solution on StackOverflow. When I first open the pom.xml, suddenly errors appear on the first line "Downloading external resources is disabled" and "Cannot find the declaration of the element 'project'" .

This variable determines how service checks are interleaved. Interleaving allows for a more even distribution of service checks, reduced load on remote hosts, and faster overall detection of host problems. Setting this value to 1 is equivalent to not interleaving the service checks (this is how versions of Nagios previous to 0.0.5 worked). Set this value to s (smart) for automatic calculation of the interleave factor unless you have a specific reason to change it. The best way to understand how interleaving works is to watch the status CGI (detailed view) when Nagios is just starting. An origin is the combination of the protocol, domain, and port from which your Ionic app or the external resource is served. For example, apps running in Capacitor have capacitor://localhost (iOS) or (Android) as their origin.
By default, when a web app tries to make a cross-origin request the browser sends a preflight request before the actual request. This preflight request is needed in order to know if the external resource supports CORS and if the actual request can be sent safely, since it may impact user data.
