Energy Rush Hours are like traffic rush hours. Just as traffic clogs up roads when everyone drives to work at the same time, Energy Rush Hours occur when everyone in a particular area turns on air conditioning (AC) or heating at once. MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - If you've ever been stuck in traffic at 3 p.m., you might wonder where all of those other people are headed. E. Cain wrote to WCCO wondering why the rush that used to start at 5 p.m. now seems to start much earlier.

Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
Combine packet of Jell-O with 2 cups of boiling water and set aside to cool to room temperature. Crush pretzels in a ziploc bag. Melt 1 stick of butter than add 1/4 cup sugar in saucepan. Add pretzels and mix together. Lightly press pretzel mix into a 139-inch dish and bake for 10 minutes at 350F, then cool to room temperature. While pretzel mix is cooling, beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until well combined. Stir in Cool Whip and mix until well combined. Spread mixture over cooled pretzels and go all the way to the edges to create a seal. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Place raspberries evenly on top of the cream filling and pour Jell-O over raspberries and refrigerate until Jell-O is set.
