LIAM2's end

Hello all,

 

As many of you probably already know, the Federal Planning Bureau board of directors has decided to no longer develop nor use MIDAS (our own microsimulation model). I am sad and sorry to inform you that, as a consequence of this, it was also decided to no longer develop nor support the LIAM2 project. In practice, it will not change anything compared to the de facto status it had for several years now. The GitHub project will be archived (i.e., made read-only) shortly but the code will remain available for you to modify or build upon. The website will soon be replaced with a single page directing to Read the Docs for the documentation and to the GitHub release page for the download of the last version. If anybody ever needs to download an older version, please let me know and I will upload it too.
