Second prerelease for version 0.12

I am pleased to announce that the second pre-release of version 0.12 of LIAM2 is now available.

 

Highlights of the 0.12 release are (changes since the first pre-release are in red):

 

  • a new syntax to define functions, including automatic upgrade tool
  • choice() with probabilities which can be different per individual (e.g. depending on gender)
  • the ability to load globals mid-simulation
  • the possibility to do simulations without any .h5 output file
  • global constants
  • align(link=) (Chenard algorithm using proportions)
  • installation instructions are included in the manual and include instructions for MacOS X
  • fixed a lot of bugs

Please test this pre-release on your models and report back any problem.
