First prerelease for version 0.12

After a long pause, development on LIAM2 has resumed… and, I am pleased to announce that the first pre-release of version 0.12 of LIAM2 is now available.

 

Highlights of this release are:

 

·         choice() with probabilities which can be different per individual (e.g. depending on gender)

·         the ability to load globals mid-simulation

·         the possibility to do simulations without any .h5 output file.

Please test this pre-release on your models and report back any problem.
