Dear LIAFIans,   Some valuable inputs regarding TOT, COT and MDRT list on commission basis given by Shri Jagdish.   This year LIC will issue Certifying Letters for those who have qualified on commission count including bonus commission (Circular dated 29th April 2010, Mktg./ZD/17/2010). This limited modification was done thanks to the efforts of our LIAFI President SBS Chary when he had a meeting last year with our MD Shri Mehrotra and then MDRT President Mr Guy Baker to include bonus commission as first year commission .   So in the list given, upto Serial No. 32 (Ramakant Pitambar Desai) will get Certifying Letters to apply for TOT membership if the commission shown plus 40 per cent bonus cross TOT figure of 4554600. Thus LIC will have 32 TOTs on commission basis this year -- 17 without bonus commission and 15 with bonus commission.    These 15 TOT qualifiers with bonus commission stand a chance to attend the TOT Annual Meeting to be held at Indian Wells, California in September this year apart from the MDRT Annual Meeting at Atlanta in June.     Similarly upto Serial No. 197 (Vinod Kumar Jain) will get Certifying Letters to apply for COT membership if the commission shown plus 40 per cent bonus cross COT figure of 2277300. Thus LIC will have 180 COTs on commission basis this year -- 73 without bonus commission and 107 with bonus commission.   But kindly note that TOT/COT/MDRT related monetary benefits will NOT be given if bonus commission is included. ie., those who have done TOT including bonus commission will get monetary benefits pertaining to COT only and those who have done COT including bonus commission will get monetary benefits pertaining to MDRT only.
