Policy Holder : Shri. Adwait kumar Hebbar.
I, Nayan J Prajapati, MDRT, from Branch 890, Malad West,Mumbai, need help for my good friend.
Shri. Adwait kumar Hebbar, working with Indusind Bank having policy at Branch no.114, Chandni chowk, Delhi. Submitted at the time of loan on policy, after repayment of the same, policy delivered by Branch to party at banglore address, This has not received by party as he shifted to Mumbai, I hereby request, please help me with inquire with branch whether the same has been returned to Branch as undelivered. Or get any acknowledgement of receipt at banglore address, I don’t know when the loan is repaid and the policy dispatched by branch. After many follow up with branch by party, not frustrated, so he informed me,
I hereby humble request to please do the needful and update with the latest status of the policy.or I need to follow with p.s. department, concern person, contact details.
In case, the same is to be apply for duplicate policy, the formalities to submit.
