ATTENTION: GIC AGENTS (4 PSU COMPANIES)

Dear All,

We are extremely happy to invite you for the All India General Body meeting of GIAFI to be held on Saturday, the 27th day of August, 2016, at HOTEL SWAGATH GRAND, NAGOLE, HYDERABAD from 9.30 a.m. onwards.

The delegation fee is Rs.400/-.

All the office bearers of Central/Regional/Divisional Committees are hereby requested to collect the registration fee and the same may be remitted to Central Committee on or before 10 th August, 2016 without fail. 

The fees include Lunch and charges to be incurred for the hall and other expenses relating to the meeting.

The Agenda of the General Body Meeting is as below:

1) Welcome address by the All India President, GIAFI

2) Secretary & Treasurers Report

3) Messages from National & Regional Leaders

4) Messages from Chief Guest and other guests

5) Election of new office bearers & and passing of resolutions

All the Leaders of Central Committee, Regional Committees and Divisional committees and Agents/Members are hereby requested to extend your co-operation and support in making the event grand success. 

Also kindly inform your other colleague agents (4 PSU GIC companies only)

Special attention is required from all the Divisions/ Branch associations particularly in Registrations and also ensure for the maximum participation from all the

Divisions/Branches.
