As Senior Business Associate (Development Officer) can received Rs. 30000.00 - 35000.00 per month for  Office Expense in terms of LIFE PLUS . Why we CLIA/ NON-CLIA  C.M./Z.M./D.M. Club Member Agents are not get any other benefits from LICI in terms of PREMIUM POINT? Why we only get the Transaction Charge or I-Proposal costing as same as SBA? All Club Member Agents get Office Allowance from LICI, but who have PREMIUM POINT, Why the PREMIUM POINT holder cannot get Special Benefit as SBA can get the advantage? Pl, any one can explain me that. Why we cannot shout about this matter?

SBAs are Class 2 Officers of LIC OF INDIA.They are managing 100 to 500
Agents in their Unit.They are authorised to underwrite their Agents
proposals.So we can not comapare with the service provide by SBAs.

When Agents are not with SBAs, then they are value less. We direct contact with our clients, who come to our office to deposit Premium. But an Agent drop the Premium of some clients. Where the costing for entertain the Customers/Clients. We are the group of LICI, who have costing for that. Very Recent LICI declared for Authorized for Underwriting Power , but the they enjoy the costing of OFFICE from the begging. Where we suffered, why class made by LICI? We are to much more duty full for OUR / LICI Customer.
