We all know that you are most agent friendly in our community. So you csn't imposed this type of work . All we are waiting for reconsidering the chages
This will bery much helpfull for the market secuation of this current fiscal year..

I feel this is relevant talk in this forum regarding to this subject.

As Mr. Tapas Gosh said,  he is right. But increasing of Renewal charges 50 % is really more.

Also, in now days facing so many problems in the apps as well as software like, in VMPro, Magicportfolio, MMLIPS, Magicgyan.

when we are calling to branches they will ask for screen shot & mail to them as well as to sup...@datacompwebtech.com even after explaining everything to them. Some time asking for backup files for rectifying the problems. Only thing we will get is Auto generated reply, that's all. After that we will not get any response.

It will be a big list of problems / errors in these. Can't have that much of patience to enter all those. 

So I stopped to call them regarding any problems/errors from long time.

These are the only players who are having network in multi cities. Is that is reason they are neglecting or do they have the thought that all of us are addicted to their software and can't go to any others. Is it is the reason for rise in renewal charges of software as per their wish.?

If anybody have any idea please tell me.
