Dear sir/madam,
Premium paid certificate works only in Internet explorer. And also, this year we face one more issue in monthly mode policy.
While taking premium paid certificate for monthly mode/or monthly ECS mode policies, the financial year 2015-16, October month Premium is not displayed. Regarding this issue I already notice to branch and PCMC section. But still problem is persists.
Due to this, we went to branch and request to PS department for each and every policies for premium paid certificate.
I request to Our leaders, kindly take this matter to LIC officials.
