- There are issues with combo plans ECS. When ECS payment get happened,
it create a lot of SMS on mobile of customer as well as lots of entries in
their passbook like 20 entries in Retire & Enjoy plans which makes customer
annoyed.
- When ECS payment get default due to insufficient funds in combo plans
there are CDA charges on each and every policy like 20 policies of Retire &
Enjoy with 14 Table having monthly premium of approx 3000 will have CDA
charges of 2500 approx. Another example a monthly 1000 rupees Golden Money
Back plan will have 500 rupees as CDA charges. These all make annoyed the
customer and a very difficult situation for agents some time.


I would request can LIC make a system where a hit is made to bank for all
policies of a particular day, so that in case

- ECS payment happens, only single SMS & single entry come in its
passbook and LIC get internally adjust that payment.
- If ECS payment get bounce, the person has to pay only one CDA charge,
which might not annoyed the customer and can be easily handle.


So, I would request once again to consider this matter to forum.
