Dear All
Last few days I am unable to view Policy Status, Premium paid statement etc in our Merchant Portal. Only receiving premiums are activated. Other all options like as revival quotation, loan quotation etc are inactivated in this portaal. Requesting our Leaders to see the matter and discuss with the higher authority of Corporation to resolve the matter as fast as possible. If all the functions will be activated we can solve many servicing related queries in our own office. But due to non-activation of all the options we have to visit either our staff or self to office in this pandemic situation..
