KIND TO ATTEN THIS QUESTION ABOUT CAR LOAN GIVEN BY LIC TO AGENT 

I HAD TAKEN INTEREST FREE CAR ADVANCE AND LIC GIVE 8 YEAR LOAN INTREST FREE BUT NOW I COMPLETE 4 YEAR LOAN AND I WANT TO SELL MY CAR AND REPAYMENT ALL OUT STANDING LOAN IS IT POSSIBLE?

IF THAT HAPPENS THEN WHAT LIC GIVE ME NEW CAR AVANCE FOR PURCHASE A NEW CAR, YES OR NOT , NOT  THEN GIVE ME DETAIL REGARDING INTEREST FREE ADVANCE RULES WHICH FRAME BY LIC.

DO KINDLY REWARD ON ABOVE SUBJECT.

Dear Mr. Paren Joshi,

 

As per the New Circular you are entitled to avail loan for New Four wheeler. First you have to obtain  permission from the concerned to pre close the existing loan. You need to submit  two quotations from two different Motor car Garriages showing the estimated cost of the repairs or it has to be                   

mentioned that the existing vehicle is not road worthy.

 

The Zonal Manager is the competent authority to pre close the existing loan as well as sanction new    loan. The maximum loan amount Rs.6 lakhs  will be sanctioned for a period of six years to all the         Chairman Club member agents.

 

The outstanding loan should be cleared from the sale of existing vehicle If the sale proceeds are excess to the outstanding loan then the  residual amount should be deposited with LIC.

if you sale your car u will get loan only after the completion of 8 years starting from the date of loan sanction...thats one condition

Dear Mr Harpreet,

 

You are not supposed to sell the existing vehicle without obtaining permission to pre close the same from the Zonaloffice.

 

You send your proposal through the sdm to the Zonal office as per the proceedure mentioned in my previous mail.
