APPROVAL OF GOVT. OF INDIA FOR ENABLING RE-APPOINTED AGENTS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RENEWAL COMMISSION IN OLD AGENCY - REG

Congratulations and appreciation to the LIAFI for getting approval of the Govt. of India through Corporation on certain important welfare measures to stabilise the Agents.

After came into existence of New  LIC of India (Agents) Regulations, 2017, no. of agents reappointed from 2017 to till now and losing their renewal Commission  eligible in their Old Agency.  Now the Government approved for enabling the renewal commission in respect of Reappointed Agents.

I request the LIAIFI Leaders to see that the said provision applicable to all the Agents reappointed from 2017 to till now shall be eligible for Renewal Commision in their Old Agency for implementation of that provision shall be retrospective effect of the said provisions.  

If not implemented the said welfare measure, no. of agents will loss who are re-appointed this intervention period.

Hence, the LIAFI leaders will make more efforts to get the benefits to all existing re-appointed Agents.
