Revival of LIC Policies - Credit of No. of Lives to the Another LIC Agent.

Dear Sirs,

I am reviving two LIC Policies on different lives of a customer which are lapsed for 3-years.
The customer has paid premium for 13 years and thereafter the policies were found be in a lapsed condition.
These policies were sold by some Agent and serviced by one of the LIC Branch Offices in Hyderabad City.
The Original LIC Agent did not turn up for reviving his polices.
I have advised the customer to revive the same.

Since, I am giving service to revive the policies,

a) Whether I am eligible to claim the credit for no. of lives to my agency in this financial year?

b) Whether I am eligible to claim commission from LIC for for reviving these LIC Policies?

c) Is there any forms to be submitted by the Agent for claiming business credit in reviving these policies?

d) If these forms are available pl. upload the same?

e) Is there any circular issued by LIC office or IRDA regarding the same?

Good morning.  If that agent is a terminated without e.r.c. eligibility, then you can revive those policies and get half of the original renewal commission, certain procedure and forms are there.
