ECS date change

One of My policy holder , his policy DOC is 20/1/2015 & ECS date is 28th of the month
He wants 2nd of the month. Is it possible
If yes, please provide circulation

Yes it works. I have practically get changed number of person ECS date from 28th to 7th of coming month & it works.

It is possible but it has conditions.

in the case of monthly ecs you can only change it by 15 days. that is if the doc is 23rd of month  you can go to 7th but if the doc is 18th or 20th you cannot change it.

like wise if the date of deduction is 15th you can go to 28th but you cannot go to 7th

please take care in this matter.

 i have done some changes for my customers

Dear PREMANSHU DAS

 

We can change the date of debit in ECS mode with simple Condition ECS debit date (i.e. 7 or 15 or 28) come within 15 days of policy commencement date.  This is for old policies.

 

For new policies, we can put any debit date.  According to debit date we have to pay one monthly ECS premium or Two monthly ECS premium in green channel across the counter itself.
