Dear Mr. Vasudevan. How are U. TQ for yr valuable mail reg some suggestion to LIAFI reg difficiency of service level of LIC Employees in some of the Branch. Its true in some of the branches, but not in all LIC Branches. There is an answer in yr question. Because there is no Unity, no recognition for Agents in branches. We must recognise our strength first. We need to come together leaving our personal differences. Personal dfference, we keep outside the branches. We need to point out the burning problems of Agents at branch level & represent the same in group with the concerned Branch Manager. If problem is not solved, represent the same at Higher level. Dear Sir, whereever Branch Associations are strong Agents have no problems. Mngt & Staff will give lot of respect. Pl don't forget, ours is a largest force. 5 Lakhs Agents are all over India.
What I suggest, like minded people like Full Timers, clubmembers, MDRT Agents & All Senior Agents must come together once in a while & discuss on various problems. Surely you will find the solution. Coming together is a success. Unity is Integrity.
Dear Sir, Pl attend our SCZ LIAFI EC Meeting on 24th of June 12. Our Zonal Manager, Top Officials at Zonal Office, our All India President & all the leaders are presiding over their. Pl tell yr like minded Agents also. By attending the same, U will surely carry our strength. So that can be implemented in yr place.

Good morning Sir. How are you. TQ for yr valuable mail. Happy to know LIC Mngt has invited our LIAFI under yr Leadership @ Central Office. Our best wishes for the same & our entire Agents support is there in this regard.
Sir, I would like to share some of the points, hope that will be of help to our Agents friends.
1. Pl insist on some of our long pending demands like increase in Group Gratuity, Status of Agents already Implemented Pension schemes. Pl ask them to send a circular reg the progress on the same, so that common Agents @ Agents will come to know. Sir, reg Gratuity as you rightly pointed our in LIAFI Meeting recently in Bangalore, pl insist Mngt to consider the Highest renewal Agent has earned instead of current practice,which is of absolutely no use. Let them follow like Highest NAV Guaranteed plan.
2. Group Mediclaim Policy (Agents & their Family Members). Pl insist on cash less facillity by TPA. Decentralisation of the said facility at respective Divisional Offices. We are getting lot of complaints from senior & Club member Agents reg inordinate delay in settling Hospital Bills.
3. Sir, as informed Housing Loans for Agents are not revised. It has to be enhanced immediately. Reg subsidy Housing Loan for Club Member Agents, pl accommodate them to apply & get loan from LIC Housing Finance. In house Housing Loan Dept at Divisional Offices are taking lot of time & putting lot of conditions. Attitude is not good. Club member Agents are disappointed. Pl insist this time & make the change immediately.
4. Sir, Reg CLIA, conditions of appointing 5 Supervised Agents has to be removed. Even one Agent does the Agent, CLIA Agent must get the benefit. There is absolutely no recognition & review of CLIA's at Branches. CLAI's are loosing interest & some of them stoped doing their work. As per Central Office Circular, CLAI corner has to be provided to CLAI's. But, the said facility is not there at branches. Inspite of regular followups from CLAI's & Branch Associations, Branch Manager's are not showing any interest. They want only work & business, but no recognition. Step motherly Treatment. Pl insist on this & try to find some more benefits & keep our channel chalenging one.
5. Sir, as expressed by some of the Agents in yr plat form, in lot of Branches the efficiency level of Staff & Officials are diminishing. Its really unfortunate. No respect for Agents. All the services are hit. No control by Branch Officials. They want Agents to work 24 Hours, but what is their contributions. Inspite of complaints, no solutions. Mngt should not forger, we are in stiff competition. As we all know, premium income of All the Insurance Co including LIC has come done last year. Mngt has to be more proactive & improve the services. Cliets expectations are more. Ours is a customer market & controled by IRDA. Even single compliant against the same, bad name for LIC of India.
Sir, there are lot of burning problems are there, that you know very well. I would like to add somemore points, that I will send it shortly.

Dear Mr. Chary,
Only one issue comes to mind first
à LIC appears to be not serious about implementing the CLIA Scheme from bottom of heart.
à Branches & Divisions mete out step-motherly treatment to this Channel, under pressure from certain quarters.
à Allowances of any kind due to CLIAs are not paid in time.
à It has come to notice that many CLIAs are feeling frustrated.
à Whenever the Division organizes Agents’ Meetings, Supervised Agents are not informed and not invited.
à LIC is not seriously publishing/advertising the benefits and advantages of becoming a CLIA, amongst the eligible Agents category, in order to maximize recruitment under CLIA.
There may be many more issues in this regard and I request the Group to respond to the LIAFI President – Mr. SBS Chary – as quickly as possible.
