HOW TO UPDATE FUP IN SOFTWARE

Dear Friends,

 

I am right now updating my policy data manually (i.e. first I update my software generated due list from the merchant portal & then those entries are saved in my software as premium deposit entries manually). This process involves 2 people & takes 1 whole day. There are utilities available to update FUPs for policies done by me but what about orphan policyholders to whom I am providing service? Is there any utility by which all the data can be updated in a smaller time & less involvement of me / staff. I am right now using Magic Software. Kindly provide ideas if any.

Dear Rajnish ji

 

Way    you used to update , is only way to update. We should ask to Datacomp to provide a utilty to update through the Merchant Portal. I had a talk with them as Datacomp provided 1st FUP update utility in which we can update it from Portal even the orphan policy.

 

So please keep mailing to Datacomp  and they can provide it
