I'm looking for a way to create a hyperlink to a particular folder in Worksite. So far, I've only come up with a macro linking files on the basis of their database numbers but folders do not have database numbers (I think).Another thing is that I wanted the folders to be opened in Outlook (Worksite is connected with Outlook and we access folders through it)What I try to accomplish is creating hyperlinks in Excel for easy folder access (just like hyperlinks to files).Does anybody have a clue if it's even possible? If yes, I'd appreciate an example of a code for this. Thanks in advance.
The connector allows users to access their iManage workspaces, folders and documents directly inside their Salesforce instance. Users can create files/folders, view folders/sub-folders, and edit files from the context of the records they are viewing.
With v1.15 onwards, all of the iManage lightning components support standard navigation with workspaces and folders. Certain functions within component will be adjusted automatically for the users when Standard Navigation is enabled for browsing workspaces and folders. For more details, follow this link.
This is the subfolder of a Workspace or another folder. If a Workspace the operator would also use the Workspace by Name or Workspace By Custom Property. EzeScan would then search for the workspace and then when found will place the image in the Sub Folder Specified.
The connector is available for all iManage Work customers connecting to cloudimanage.com. First, the iManage Work Admin for Power Automate application will need to be enabled by an administrator of your iManage Work environment. Once enabled, you will need the specific URL for your environment and a login account and password under which the connector can execute actions. Actions respect the same permissions as applied in Work, so for many of these actions you must have NRT Admin or Tier 1 or Tier 2 support. For more information see the FAQ.
I'm trying to improve the performance of batch processes (which basically "adjust" hierarchy records in a folder structure, RBAR). The batch process does lots (tens of thousands) of updates like this to adjust the hierarchy after each folder change. (I'm calling it "folder", as that's what the users see, but I guess Autonomy speak is Project given the table name)
iManage also allow files and folders to be filed in more than one location without duplication, causing cyclical references of folder hierarchies. On the other hand, SharePoint is a physical filing system by design, hence any virtual filing references within iManage should be converted to links within SharePoint.
Personal Workspaces are used by iManage users to stores folders and documents that are created and most commonly accessed by the user. iManage also allows users to create a hierarchy of bookmarks to other matter workspaces.
Note: A permission similar to No Access can also be applied when adding users/groups to a workspace/folder with permission as Deny. The workspace/folder will not be visible to the users/groups. For e.g. Permission updated as: alexey...@prosperoware.comfalse#23/12/2019*Admin$false
Select the metadata from the drop-down. To assign a metadata, either click the drop-down menu and selectfrom the list or manually enter the value, which will auto-complete if it is assigned in Administration>Metadata. The metadata selected here will be applied to all the default folders in iManage.
Note: The default folder metadata set here only applies to folders and does not copy down to the search folders. Client and matter metadata must be specified on the search folders specifically. Read here for instructions to add search folders.
Q: Do I have to keep the email in Outlook forever?
A: After the matter has closed, delete the Outlook folder. Those emails are part of the matter file in the document management system.
Tiger Eye GDPR Delete enables users to delete all workspaces, folders and documents from a selected client within iManage. This tool can be useful for database minimization, and for deletions for compliance purposes such as those in-line with data regulations.
