I'm passing this along from Dr. Domingo Alvear to ask for your support for the World Surgical Foundation, the group with which Peter travels to Third World countries to provide free surgical care.  They're holding a marvelous fundraiser on Sept. 21, featuring one of the best political satire groups around - The Capitol Steps.  I've seen them twice before, and if you like to poke fun at the people who think they're smart enough to run things, you'll LOVE this group, because they poke fun at EVERYONE.
