Hey everyone. So recently my laptop died a horrible death taking my sims save with it (I was heart broken). I've got a new one now with the sims4 on it and I've recently downloaded wicked whims again however in this version my sim can't masturbate. She can if she watches porn but not if I click on a bed or floor or whatever. In my old Sims4 with the older wickedwhims I could click on a countertop and have her masturbate until her heart's content, but I just can't with this one. The option to buy a strip club also isn't there. Have they changed it or do I need to download mods alongside it to work? Thank you in advance.
"A reasonable police officer would have known that attempting to obtain a photograph of a minor child's erect penis, by ordering the child to masturbate in the presence of others, would unlawfully invade the child's right of privacy under the Fourth Amendment," the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit declares in a decision it issued on Tuesday. It is hard to argue with that conclusion (although a dissenting judge did). It is even harder to imagine the circumstances that made it necessary.
U.S. District Judge Claude Hilton dismissed Sims' lawsuit, finding that Richardson was protected by absolute immunity as a prosecutor and that Abbott was protected by qualified immunity because the actions described by Sims did not violate any clearly established constitutional rights. The 4th Circuit disagreed with the latter conclusion. "Both the outrageous scope of the sexually intrusive search and the intimidating manner in which the search was conducted weigh strongly against any finding that the search was reasonable," Judge Barbara Milano Keenan writes in an opinion joined by Judge Albert Diaz. "We cannot perceive any circumstance that would justify a police search requiring an individual to masturbate in the presence of others."
Since there was already enough evidence to sustain the charge against Sims, Keenan says, the "exceptionally intrusive" search was not just excessive but entirely gratuitous. "Because there was no justification for the alleged search to photograph Sims' erect penis and the order that he masturbate in the presence of others," she writes, "we conclude that well-established Fourth Amendment limitations on sexually invasive searches adequately would have placed any reasonable officer on notice that such police action was unlawful."
The mod adds two "peeping NPC" Sims, rightfully named Tom and Tina Peeping. These Sims will occasionally appear on lots and peek in the windows. If Sims are inside the house undressed or performing sexual actions, the peeping Sim will proceed to take a photo and/or masturbate. After some time, they will run off the lot and sell them. There is a chance your Sim will notice the peeping Sim, resulting in an embarrassed moodlet.
The 4th Circuit ruled that Sims' lawsuit against the estate of the now-deceased officer who had led the sexting investigation, David Abbott, could move forward. "We cannot perceive any circumstance that would justify a police search requiring an individual to masturbate in the presence of others," two of the 4th Circuit judges wrote. "Sexually invasive searches require that the search bear some discernible relationship with safety concerns, suspected hidden contraband, or evidentiary need."
- I figured out how to get Sims to put things down, so if a Sim were to masturbate, they will make sure to put whatever they are holding down, if they happen to be holding a Sim, such as a Small Dog or Toddler, they won't try to masturbate at all, at least until they put the Sim down. (You can't even initiate it manually while they hold the Sim)
mmmm, how knotting between sims is supposed to work? or more like, in fthe eatures-list it says "may knot", so is there any way to make sure that person A knots person B every time they have sex?
it's not really an issue, it's just more about the accurate immersion and for the characters to be like they should be :'D
Hi.. first I wanna say I love your mod. I deleted a certain other one in favor of this one. My only question is.. is there any other mod that adds eggs? I like the breeding fetish, but.. tbh I don't want to raise kids in sims. The eggs from Nissa worked well with your mod, but now it throws errors at me every time I try to use it.
