Elk River Systems, Inc. provides sales, marketing and management solutions
for ticketed inventory. Our newest product offering is a simple-to-use,
reliable and totally secure solution for selling event tickets online.
Basically, we are a very-focused competitor to companies like TicketMaster,
and we are looking for customers who own venues or events and want to
outsource their online ticket selling operations to us. We make money by
charging a per-ticket transaction fee for each ticket sold using our
eVenueBench solution (see www.evenuebench.com for details).
Opportunity Overview
--------------------------
We are looking for entrepreneurial self-starters who have at least one year
of successful business-to-business selling experience and enjoy working
independently. You must be able to hit the ground running and be able to
learn as you work. The entertainment industry is aggressively moving
towards online ticketing, so it's a land-grab for the 100,000s of potential
customers. The only question is: How many can you sell?
Requirements
---------------
Position requirements include:
a.. You must have a demonstrated ability to close sales and develop new
business via both cold calls and warm lead follow-ups
b.. You may work from any location that you wish (e.g., you can work out
of your home)
c.. You must have your own telephone, computer, email account and
high-speed internet access
d.. You must have good computer skills (e.g., experienced with Microsoft
Word, PowerPoint, Excel and a basic understanding of the business uses of
computer software)
e.. You must have good verbal and written communication skills and a
professional attitude
f.. Travel is at your sole discretion and expense
g.. You can invest as much or as little time as you desire. You get paid
based on what you sell
Compensation
This position is strictly a contract sales position, with compensation (in
the form of commissions) tied directly to sales performance! You will be
paid as a 1099 consultant (i.e., no employee benefits). We are offering
percentage of the first year's online transaction fees actually generated
for each venue you place under contract. Depending on your skills and the
time you invest, you could expect to generate twelve-month commissions in
the range of $35,000 to $150,000.

demonstrate online. In this position, you can live and work where you
please and work the hours that you want. You don't have to work full-time,
so our position may be a perfect complement to other business activities you
currently are pursuing.
