My client, a major entertainment company, has a long term consulting assignment available located in the Plainview, NY area. The ideal candidate will be supporting the company's employees in a call center environment (100% phone support). This consulting position with a remote possibility of converting to a permanent position

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years help desk experience in a call center environment.

Must have worked with/supported MS Office applications, Outlook E-mail, GroupWise & Novell (a plus), VPN, Citrix, Remedy, Zen Works Remote Control, PC Hardware, Windows 2000/XP and Microsoft Office 2000/2003 applications. Remedy a plus.
Different shifts are available; Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or a rotating shift-will start out 9 am -5pm, 8am-4pm, or 11am -7pm and could include weekends. The salary is commensurate with experience.
