1. Inviting the brand’s well-known athletes to visit Vietnam this year
+ Timing: Around November, during the National Sports Games, which is held once every four years, where we will also be sponsoring the badminton event.
+ We would like to invite one of the following:
Active star players: Loh Kean Yew, Yuta Watanabe, Chiharu Shida
Legendary retired players: Chen Long, Fu Haifeng
2. Clarification points regarding badminton shoe products:
We have some concerns regarding the badminton shoe products, please help to clarify:
+ Why is the Li-Ning Boom technology icon in the catalog for Thunder Max, PRO, and YTII Pro shown in yellow, different from the other models? Is there any special meaning or upgraded feature behind this?
+ There are two technology icons shown at the end, which often appear in premium models under the Protector category, but they are not included in the technology explanation section of the catalog. Could you please clarify what these technologies are?
+ In addition, for the following shoe lines under the same categories, could you help explain the different design positioning and which playing styles each model is intended for?
Protector: Thunder vs YT II Pro vs Invincible vs Sonic Boom
Accelerator: Mirage vs Falcon
Balancer: Blade vs ZJ 2.0 vs Saga
(Saga is a long-established shoe line and is categorized separately, but its performance seems close to the Balancer series.)

1. Thời gian: Sẽ diễn ra vào trong tháng 11 và ngay trước đại hội TDTT (khoảng 3 ngày trước khi môn cầu lông của đại hội diễn ra) nhưng hiện tại chưa có thời gian cụ thể, mình sẽ báo lại ngay khi có thông tin từ phía liên đoàn.
2. Địa điểm: Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
3. Lịch trình dự kiến (2 ngày):
Ngày 1:
Sáng: KOL đến tp.Hồ Chí Minh và nghỉ ngơi.
Chiều: Họp báo ra mắt và giao lưu kín dành cho khoảng 100 người bao gồm đại lý lớn và các vđv, KOC được chọn. Ra mắt sản phẩm vợt phiên bản giới hạn của KOL sử dụng cho riêng thị trường Việt Nam. KOL ký tặng cho những người mua tại sự kiện.
Ngày 2:
Sáng: Sự kiện mở dành cho cộng đồng, tổ chức tại nhà thi đấu gồm các hoạt động giao lưu cùng thần tượng, trả lời câu hỏi, minigame. Showmatch giữa vđv Việt Nam nổi tiếng. KOL ký tặng 1 số khán giả mua sản phẩm limited may mắn.
4. Mong muốn thêm của mình: Đặt phiên bản limited của mã vợt mà KOL đang sử dụng và 1 mẫu áo cho riêng sự kiện này. Nhờ phía phòng XNK check với hãng về tính khả thi của việc này.

The timing and tentative agenda are ok with us, but we need to check who could come to Vietnam. Because it will be in Nov. and the KOL’s schedule is not confirmed yet so earlier. And we need to check and update, probably not all the 5 five could go.
As for the limited version racquet, we need to check which model and how to make it, and pls ask BM team and give us some ideas, and we’ll check. As for the special T-shirt, pls give design and we may make as SMU by Jack.

Firstly, we need to check who can come to Vietnam, because the event will be event, and MKT team has to check with players.
Secondly, pls check if your side could make one design of the T-shirt for this event, or you have some ideas and requirements, and we’ll check with our designer.
For racquet, we don’t know which players could come currently, and could not decide which model is suitable Pls check with BM team if we could use the Lucky Horse Racquet, which is not played by KOLs, but it is special and we may make it limited version, and your side just placed one additional order for it and it is still limited addition.

Regarding the KOLs, it would already be great if at least one out of the five could travel to Vietnam.
Regarding the badminton racquets, the most effective approach would be to develop a Vietnam-exclusive limited edition based on the exact model used by the athlete who will attend the event.
However, if confirming the athlete takes more time and may delay the production schedule, our Marketing team would propose selecting popular and widely suitable Li-Ning models, such as Halbertec 8000 or Axforce 90 New, to develop the limited edition versions.

Showmatch with well-known Vietnamese athletes
Lucky customers who purchase the limited product will have the opportunity to receive autographs from the KOL

We would like to explore the possibility of producing:
+ A limited-edition version of the racquet currently used by the KOL

I have one update for you.
It seems that Fu Haifeng could come to Vietnam, and we may invite Zhan Nan. They are retired and it is easy to invite them to attend such event. But Chen Long could not come because he is official coach in China’s national team.
For active star players, we have to check when the date is confirmed, because their schedule is very full and will attend many tournaments.
Pls check and let us know date in Nov. ASAP, then we’ll move forward.

Sau khi họp lại chúng tôi mong muốn dời lịch chuyến thăm sang năm 2027 để có thêm thời gian chuẩn bị kỹ lưỡng hơn, đồng thời tạo nên một sự kiện quy mô và có sức lan tỏa mạnh mẽ hơn cho thương hiệu Li-Ning tại Việt Nam. Cụ thể dự kiến:
- Thời gian mời các VĐV sẽ vào cùng thời điểm tổ chức giải Li-Ning Vietnam International Series, khoảng tháng 6- tháng 7/2027. Chuyến thăm của các VĐV như một hoạt động bên lề quan trọng của giải đấu để thu hút sự quan tâm của người hâm mộ về giao lưu cùng các ngôi sao và xem giải đấu.
- Đề xuất Liên đoàn Cầu lông Việt Nam nâng cấp giải đấu từ cấp độ Series lên cấp độ Challenger, đồng thời xem xét chuyển địa điểm tổ chức về Hà Nội hoặc TP. Hồ Chí Minh nhằm gia tăng quy mô, hiệu ứng truyền thông và khả năng thu hút khán giả.
- Bên cạnh các vận động viên quốc tế top đầu, chúng tôi cũng mong muốn có thêm sự tham gia của 1 số vận động viên Trung Quốc có thứ hạng và trình độ phù hợp với cấp độ giải đấu, nhằm tăng cường tính chuyên môn, cơ hội giao lưu và nâng tầm chất lượng giải đấu tại Việt Nam nếu được.

I understand you very well. In my opinion, we may still arrange visiting to Vietnam in this Nov. or Sep. or Oct. We are not sure if active players could come, but the retried two players should be ok.

After reviewing the matter and consulting with the Board of Directors, our Marketing Department would like to respond as follows:
We wish to postpone the visit to 2027 to allow for more thorough preparation and to create a larger-scale event with a stronger impact on the Li-Ning brand in Vietnam. Specifically, we propose:
- Inviting the athletes will coincide with the Li-Ning Vietnam International Series, around June-July 2027. The athletes' visit will serve as an important side event to attract fans' attention to interact with the stars and watch the tournament.
- We suggest that the Vietnam Badminton Federation upgrade the tournament from Series level to Challenger level, and consider relocating it to Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City to increase its scale, media impact, and audience appeal.
- Besides top international athletes, we also hope to have some Chinese athletes with rankings and skill levels suitable for the tournament level participate, in order to enhance professionalism, provide opportunities for exchange, and raise the quality of
the tournament in Vietnam if possible.
With this new idea, our Marketing department will need to work with the Badminton Federation and will plan and announce the tentative schedule in 2027.

+ Initially, we proposed holding the event in November. However, you mentioned that the timeline was far away and it would be difficult to confirm the KOL’s schedule that early.
+ After consideration, on April 24, we proposed moving the event to August instead of November.
To clarify, there will only be one event. Kindly let us know whether August would be suitable for your side. If August is not feasible, we will proceed with the original plan to hold the event in November.

I have one update for you.
It seems that Fu Haifeng could come to Vietnam, and we may invite Zhan Nan. They are retired and it is easy to invite them to attend such event. But Chen Long could not come because he is official coach in China’s national team.
For active star players, we have to check when the date is confirmed, because their schedule is very full and will attend many tournaments.
Pls check and let us know date in Nov. ASAP, then we’ll move forward.

Firstly, we need to check who can come to Vietnam, because the event will be event, and MKT team has to check with players.
Secondly, pls check if your side could make one design of the T-shirt for this event, or you have some ideas and requirements, and we’ll check with our designer.
For racquet, we don’t know which players could come currently, and could not decide which model is suitable Pls check with BM team if we could use the Lucky Horse Racquet, which is not played by KOLs, but it is special and we may make it limited version, and your side just placed one additional order for it and it is still limited addition.

Regarding the KOLs, it would already be great if at least one out of the five could travel to Vietnam.
Regarding the badminton racquets, the most effective approach would be to develop a Vietnam-exclusive limited edition based on the exact model used by the athlete who will attend the event.
However, if confirming the athlete takes more time and may delay the production schedule, our Marketing team would propose selecting popular and widely suitable Li-Ning models, such as Halbertec 8000 or Axforce 90 New, to develop the limited edition versions.

The timing and tentative agenda are ok with us, but we need to check who could come to Vietnam. Because it will be in Nov. and the KOL’s schedule is not confirmed yet so earlier. And we need to check and update, probably not all the 5 five could go.
As for the limited version racquet, we need to check which model and how to make it, and pls ask BM team and give us some ideas, and we’ll check. As for the special T-shirt, pls give design and we may make as SMU by Jack.

Morning: KOL arrives in Ho Chi Minh City and rests
Afternoon: Press conference and a private networking session for around 100 invited guests, including key dealers, selected athletes, and KOCs
Launch of a limited-edition racket used by the KOL, exclusively for the Vietnam market. Autograph session for customers purchasing at the event
+ Day 2:
Morning: Public community event held at an indoor stadium, featuring fan engagement activities such as meet & greet, Q&A, and mini games
Showmatch with well-known Vietnamese athletes
Lucky customers who purchase the limited product will have the opportunity to receive autographs from the KOL4. Additional request:
We would like to explore the possibility of producing:
+ A limited-edition version of the racquet currently used by the KOL
+ A special event T-shirt designed exclusively for this occasion

We have some concerns regarding the badminton shoe products, please help to clarify:
+ Why is the Li-Ning Boom technology icon in the catalog for Thunder Max, PRO, and YTII Pro shown in yellow, different from the other models? Is there any special meaning or upgraded feature behind this?
+ There are two technology icons shown at the end, which often appear in premium models under the Protector category, but they are not included in the technology explanation section of the catalog. Could you please clarify what these technologies are?
+ In addition, for the following shoe lines under the same categories, could you help explain the different design positioning and which playing styles each model is intended for?
Protector: Thunder vs YT II Pro vs Invincible vs Sonic Boom
Accelerator: Mirage vs Falcon
Balancer: Blade vs ZJ 2.0 vs Saga
(Saga is a long-established shoe line and is categorized separately, but its performance seems close to the Balancer series.)

Sau khi thống nhất với Ban Lãnh đạo, phòng Marketing xin đề xuất phương án tổ chức chuỗi sự kiện với các VĐV cầu lông như sau:
- Hình thức tổ chức:
Tổ chức chuỗi sự kiện kéo dài 05 ngày tại Hà Nội, kết hợp giữa hoạt động giao lưu với các VĐV cầu lông và chương trình đào tạo căng cước dành cho các đại lý, cụ thể:
- Ngày 1 (05/09): Sự kiện chính gồm chương trình giao lưu với các VĐV khách mời (gồm các VĐV cầu lông từ hãng, và các khách mời là các VĐV, đội tuyển mà Li-Ning đang tài trợ tại Việt Nam như VAF, Thể Công – Viettel, ca sĩ Isaac) kết hợp Fashion Show giới thiệu BST mùa thu đông năm 2026.
- 04 ngày tiếp theo: Tổ chức chương trình đào tạo kỹ thuật căng cước cầu lông dành cho hệ thống đại lý.
Việc kết hợp hai hoạt động trong cùng một chuỗi sự kiện sẽ giúp các đại lý vừa có cơ hội giao lưu, tương tác với các VĐV quốc tế, vừa tham gia chương trình đào tạo chuyên môn, qua đó gia tăng giá trị của sự kiện và tối ưu hiệu quả tổ chức.
Theo timeline dự kiến trên, phòng Marketing dự kiến mời các VĐV cầu lông quốc tế sang Việt Nam để tham dự sự kiện chính vào ngày 05/09/2026. Chi tiết timeline dự kiến (như bên dưới)

After discussing with our BOD, we would like to propose the following plan for organizing the events with the badminton athletes.
- Event Format:
We propose to organize a five-day event series in Hanoi, combining athlete meet-and-greet activities with a badminton racquet string training program for our agents, as follows:
+ Day 1 (September 5): The main event will include a meet-and-greet session with the invited badminton athletes from the brand, together with athletes and teams currently sponsored by Li-Ning in Vietnam, such as the Vietnam Athletics Federation (VAF), The Cong
– Viettel FC, and singer Isaac. The event will also feature a Fashion Show to showcase the Autumn/Winter 2026 Collection.
+ The following four days: A badminton racquet string training program will be organized for our agents.
By combining these two activities into one event series, our agents will have the opportunity not only to interact with international badminton athletes but also to participate in professional technical training. This
will enhance the overall value of the event while maximizing organizational efficiency.
Based on the proposed timeline above, we are planning to invite the international badminton athletes to Vietnam to attend the main event on
September 5, 2026. Please find the proposed schedule in the attached file.
Could you please discuss this proposed itinerary with the invited athletes and let us know their availability so that we can proceed with the event planning accordingly?

As for the stringer training, I have one update regarding the stringing machine. Normally we don’t need same quantity of machines as stringers in one session, but 1/3 or 1/4 machine of quantity of stringers are needed, it means 3 or 4 people use one stringing machine for the training. Therefore, in China we may have 60 stringers but 15 machines for one training session.
So pls let the BM team know this situation, and if you could get 15 machines, and 45 to 60 people could attend the training. In this way, we may arrange more stringers from agents to attend the session.

According to Mr. Khanh's plan, the stringer training session and the athlete visiting event are expected to be held together as one combined event at a shopping mall, either in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi.
However, as of today, we have not yet received any feedback from the shopping mall regarding this proposal. Therefore, our Marketing team is still unable to finalize the event date and venue.

Anh Fu Haifeng không thể đến Việt Nam vì anh ấy là một trong những huấn luyện viên của đội tuyển cầu lông tỉnh Quảng Đông, và anh ấy không được phép ra nước ngoài vì mục đích cá nhân, hơn nữa anh ấy không có hộ chiếu cá nhân. After one-day internal negotiation, I have some update for the event.
Fu Haifeng could not come to Vietnam because he is one coach to Guangdong Province Badminton Team, and he is not allowed to go abroad for personal purpose, and he does not have one private passport. Our MKT team is checking for Zhang Nan, but he’ll be one event during early Sep. and he is also one coach, and also need to apply for approval to go abroad. But at the same time, our MKT is checking with Shida from Japan, we are trying to arrange her to Vietnam if her schedule on Sep. 5th is ok. We’ll update you once get further feedback.
For training session for stringers, we need to check because all the people will be busy and prepare for 27H1 trade fair from late Aug. and the team has training session in China in Aug. and Sep.
We are trying to make the two things happen, if could not be together, we may arrange separately. But we want to do more in Vietnam market as LI-NING Badminton Team from HQ have resources and capabilities to do more as they are doing in China.
